Pre-nuptial agreements

Recent case law has upheld pre-nuptial agreements. As a result, they now carry significant weight.

It’s not just the rich and the famous who sign pre-nuptial agreements, they may be suitable in a whole range of different circumstances. Many couples are now asking us to draft both pre and post-nuptial agreements to protect their assets and make it clear what they want to happen if they separate.

It’s a good way of avoiding disputes later on. We’ll gladly draw up the right agreement for you. Alternatively, if you want to talk through the possible benefits of having an agreement in place, we will be happy to take you through these.
