Injunctions

If you’re facing an extremely difficult situation, these are emergency remedies that we can take for your protection. They can be applied for immediately without notice in very serious cases, or otherwise at short notice. They provide essential protection from violence, threats and harassment – with legal consequences for anyone who breaches the order.

An occupation order decides who lives at a property, while a non-molestation order can be applied for to provide protection. The police may also be able to take action under the Protection from Harassment Act. Do contact us straightaway if you need urgent help or protection.
