Wills, probate and life
Grab hold of life – but plan
for the future.
Andy Coyle, Director
Head of our property services and lead guitarist.
“You’ll want your affairs to be properly managed if you ever become unable to manage them yourself. And you’ll want the assets you’ve worked hard for to be passed to the people you choose in an efficient and tax-effective way. But planning for the future isn’t a one-off exercise. Plans need to be reviewed regularly. Financial positions change over time with major lifetime events – like buying a home, getting married or remarried, having children, separation or divorce, retiring, selling a business, inheriting, or even winning the lottery. We can help you with all of this in a way that’s exactly right for you – just as we help people of all ages and individual circumstances. And we’re usually able to give a fixed fee quotation for our future planning and estate administration work.
PS… During my spare time, I enjoy being “home alone” with my wife now that our 4 children have all moved on to work, their own homes, travelling and university! I enjoy travelling, hill walking, reading, returning to the gym and working with charities. This has varied from being a trustee of our local hospice, doing a sky dive for Remember a Charity and giving talks to, and writing articles for, both members and supporters of various charities.”
