Professional negligence

When you instruct a professional – say a solicitor, barrister, surveyor, estate agent, vet or accountant – you expect them to act appropriately for you. So does the law. But things sometimes go wrong. That’s life. It doesn’t automatically follow that you have grounds for a claim. But if the professional has failed you they may have been negligent. So do contact us if you think that you’ve suffered damage or losses through incorrect advice, or if a professional has acted in a way that seems inappropriate – including not taking steps quickly enough on your behalf.

We’ll always be prepared to review your case, and give you an initial assessment without charge. As long as we think you have a good enough case, we’ll often agree to act on a no win no fee basis, or for a fixed fee.
