Three-day High Court trial acting for estate agent employer seeking to enforce restrictive covenants restricting competition.

Mayhook v (1) National Car Parks; (2) Nigel Barrington-Fuller (2012) LTL 20/3/2013
A claim for damages arising from loss of use of a car towed from car park for non-payment of a parking ticket. Issues included: conversion; Arthur v Anker; incorporation; construction; fairness of terms and penalty charges.

Acted for 3 personal injury claimants affected by Buncefield explosion in December 2005.

Outside of work

Andrew has his hands full with his 3 year old son!  When he does find some time for himself, Andrew can often be found on court – he is a member of Tring Squash Club.
