Three-day High Court trial acting for estate agent employer seeking to enforce restrictive covenants restricting competition.
Mayhook v (1) National Car Parks; (2) Nigel Barrington-Fuller (2012) LTL 20/3/2013
A claim for damages arising from loss of use of a car towed from car park for non-payment of a parking ticket. Issues included: conversion; Arthur v Anker; incorporation; construction; fairness of terms and penalty charges.
Acted for 3 personal injury claimants affected by Buncefield explosion in December 2005.
Outside of work
Andrew has his hands full with his two young sons. When he does find some time for himself, Andrew can often be found on court – he is a member of Tring Squash Club.
